2oz AG Round - QUEEN'S BEAST - Lion of England #115 (COLLECTION PIECE)
The "Lion of England" is the first in the series of The Queen's
Beasts designs. The Queen's Beasts are British coins issued by the Royal Mint,
since 2016. Each of the 10 planned coins in the series features a stylized
version of one of the heraldic Queen's Beasts statues present at the coronation
of Queen Elizabeth II representing her royal line of ancestry. They stood
in front of the temporary western annex to Westminster Abbey for the Queen's
coronation in 1953.
-- This piece, by far is the FINEST OF ALL of the QUEEN'S BEASTS Designs and is reserved for the collection (at the moment), unless sold at this price. Its increased price will easily be recovered in the Artistic and Investment value as these designs get sold and become more rare, difficult to obtain, and collections completed... mostly in a raw silver state for most collectors. Please don't ask for a better price as I would prefer it stay as part of the 10 Best Queen's Beasts. --
These mythical, ancient creatures –
The Lion of England, The White Greyhound of Richmond, The Yale of Beaufort, The Red Dragon of Wales, The White Horse of Hanover, The White Lion of Mortimer, The Unicorn of Scotland, The Griffin of Edward III, The Black Bull of Clarence, and The Falcon of the Plantagenets – have gone on to inspire Silver Bullion Art to
begin accumulating the 2oz .9999 pure AG47 Silver Bullion deigns for the
beginning of an extraordinary collection. We are procuring a number of each of
the designs, so as they tone and are hand-finished, those that tend toward a
color scheme and pattern may be collected as a set.
