You could have a cataclysmic disaster and not be able to receive your piece.... or
Your piece could have a little disaster in transit and get DAMAGED... or
You may think your piece had a little disaster and suspect damage... or
You might receive the wrong piece... or
You may suspect you have received the wrong piece.... or
You never received a thing.


You could get a FULL REFUND!... or
You could get FULL CREDIT!... or
You could get a PARTIAL REFUND... or
You could get a PARTIAL CREDIT... or
You could get the FULL SPOT PRICE OF THE SILVER... or
You could get some advice about what not to do next time.


If you suspect ANYTHING abnormal, or just have a question, email ORDERS@SILVERBULLIONART.COM with the tiniest detail as soon as possible.

You will be advised as to what the next step should be. We will also "authorize" the return at that time... or not.


1. DO NOT remove your piece from the capsule in which it was shipped... even if you have a compulsion to inspect it.
2. DO NOT remove any stickers or labels which identify your pierce.
3. Package your piece in a package as similar to the package in which it was sent
4. Put the emailed authorization and the piece in the package and mail it to:.

We would expect to see the return date as soon after the authorization as possible.
We also ask for as mush information as you can provide; pictures, statements, original packaging, anything that may help us determine how to prevent loss again.

Where refunds or credits are due for packages that are damaged in transit, your refund should be relatively prompt and will be refunded in the same manner in which it was received.
For situations where you damage or shipping error is questionable, we will make verify our records and complete our inspection as soon as we receive the return.
This process may take a couple of days, but we will notify you of our determination as quickly as possible.

IMMEDIATELY upon your receipt of your piece, of damage, suspected damage, error, or any other issue, DO NOT EXPECT a refund. There is a process that we need to initiate... but?
We will consider every request with more consideration than we would if we were in your shoes.
We would rather see you happy and a return customer than have the extra few bucks.

However, if we suspect any fraudulent activity or think you're trying to pull fast one on us, terminate your membership and remove access to our system. It is that simple.
